I got to explore some rural communities in Mexico, and these three generations of ladies belonging to the same family got a piece of my heart with their stories and their powerful look. They own a little craft market plus having a tortilla business

daughter - Justina

This is the story of Justina, she suffers from paralysis and hands deformation, not being able to perform many daily duties. She found on embroidery a good way to support economically her family. The business grew successfully on her village Pueblo Viejo, and she employed some more handicap people. That's why she was recognized as representative of her community due to her hardworking spirit. Later, the authorities would chose her as a woman of the year in the whole state of Oaxaca. When I ask her for a pic, she tells me to get better one of the bunch of flowers she received and shows me with pride, because according to her words, it is more beautiful than her. Poor ignorant! That is not possible, Justina! Now, in addition, she fights against woman abuse in a rural community with a population of 2000 people.

What a wonderful woman...
