La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa

What could be more relaxing than spending your afternoon at the pool after a long day of walking, sight-seeing and big noodle cups? This amazing hotel has you covered in every little detail you're thinking of, to make your days feel like a king - queen!
We booked a room called Essence Suite, which was pretty spacious and had all the ammenities you can expect from a fine boutique hotel. Rates per night weren't very high for all the services you had included. I believe it was like $80 per night, including breakfast.
This hotel is not like the massive resorts you have in mind, it's more like a big boutique hotel, with all the little details taken care of. My favorite part was the black stone pool and the excellent bloody marys they prepare!
This is the Red Bean Restaurant, the one located next to the pool. You can order pretty much everything, but they also have a fine selection of Vietnamese dishes.
Next to the pool, you'll find a wooden or bamboo hut that is meant to be where you book your massages and treatments. I found the place quite cozy and relaxing. I even imagined myself living in one of these huts :)
This place is unique, and I wouldn't doubt at all going back and stopping here for a whole week!
