Is Boracay the jewel of the Philippines?

During my 5-week stay in the Philippines, I have been to quite a few islands.

Boracay is a gorgeous island but it is over crowded noisy and expensive. I even woke up at 5 am to enjoy its natiral beauty but still too crowded.
