Walk Among Giants

Exploring Sequoia National Park and Forest

Sequoia National Park is a special place. The testament of strength and perseverance that these trees represent was inspiring to read and see in action. Sequoias survive even the greatest fires and the aftermath actually increases growth and reproduction as the trees competition dies out in the flames.

They don’t just survive difficult situations, they’re made stronger by them.

Reccommended Trail | Congress Trail

The Congress Trail is an easy two-mile loop that starts off near the Sherman Tree. It takes you to many beautiful Sequoias, as big as General Sherman. At the south-end you'll find the House and Senate groups. A collection of smaller Sequoias packed tightly together. You'll find yourself literally walking among giants.
