Toasted Mallow

I go to Arizona every year to visit my grandparents and get away from the crazy Illinois weather. Last summer I went to Gilbert, Arizona after hearing about a DELICIOUS dessert place. Toasted Mallow is an all s’mores bar marshmallow café that opened up in 2014. They make your s’mores bowls right in front of you and toast your marshmallow with a blow torch. They top your desert with your choosing of chocolate, peanut butter, caramel, etc. As they blow torch the marshmallow and drizzle your syrup topping you can smell the sweet, goey desert as you watch the syrup melt into the marshmallow. It is so mouthwateringly amazing! They have more desserts than just s’mores bowls like cereal bars, milkshakes, and cookie smore’s sandwiches! I HIGHLY recommend you try this if you're in the area or on vacation!!
