ArtScience Museum is the worlds first of its kind; a modern blend of - you guessed it - art and science come together to create stunning exhibitions on the bank of Downtown Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands.
It hosts touring exhibitions from guest contributors and collaborates with a number of known artists such as teamLab, the Japanese interdisciplinary art collective behind the ‘Future World’ exhibit. Within Future World you’ll immerse yourself in a cacophony of light and sound; the result is truly mesmerising.
Other exhibitions include Floating Utopias and REWILD Our Planet, the latter of which is the first Social Augmented Reality experience in Singapore and narrated by David Attenborough. The Alice in Wonderland celebration, ‘Wonderland’, is also incredibly popular with guests.
The museum is very family friendly with a lot of the exhibitions offering immersive experiences geared towards children through imaginative play. On Fridays, children under 12 go free with any adult ticket. The museum also offers a student rate when an international student card is presented.
