Black Jack margarita
Vermont might not seem like a destination for Mexican. Though not totally authentic, Gringo Jack’s in Manchester, VT definitely scratches an itch for tacos and tequilla.
The jalepeno margarita is spicy, the black jack margarita is sweet, the pico is tangy and the chips are flaky or crunchy - they have a combination of flour and corn chips!
The menu has a healthy mix of Mexican and Tex-Mex. If you like spicy, the Honey Siraccha Quesa-dizza is a hybrid quesadilla and Mexican pizza. I loved the grilled shrimp tacos and substituted cilantro ranch for the mango salsa.
