Perfect resort in Chiang Mai

Dhara Dhevi is a luxury resort just outside of the city center of Chiang Mai. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by an especially friendly staff. During check-in, they provided me with a cold towel to wash off my hands and some fresh tea. Once all of that was settled, they picked me up outside of concierge with a golf-cart to take me to my villa.

The Grand Deluxe Villa is a two-story, one bedroom, two bathroom villa with a patio and a small “plunge pool”.

As much as I wanted to spend every moment in the villa, the rest of the resort was just as pretty. I spent the first afternoon just walked around and checking out different parts of the resort. Dhara Dhevi as multiple restaurants, two-pools, a spa, and an arts-and-crafts village.

The best part about staying here that it felt like a full experience vs. just a place to sleep. At any given moment, the staff and concierge were ready to answer my questions and point me in the right direction.

Before checking out, I went for a quick swim in their extremely gorgeous pool.
