The Noosa region is, in fact, famous for being the world's 10th largest surfing reserve where, every March, surfers from all over the world gather to take part in the Noosa Surfing Festiva. Just steps away from the Main Beach there is Hasting Street, where plenty of luxury shopping stores for those on the wealthier side are available.
