El Tabanco was an establishment that emerged in Jerez de la Frontera, (Andalusia) that mixed the social concept of the tavern and the commercial vocation of "wine dispatch", mainly Jerez and its distillates. Tabanco Cruz Vieja, in Jerez is one of the few remaining tabancos in Jerez. During the Christmas holidays flamenco lovers gather at the Cruz Vieja to enjoy fine wine and music.
