Japan TOKYO, Harajuku and Takeshita Stre
One of the craziest experiences of my life.

Buzzing Harajuku is renowned for its colorful street art and fashion scene, with quirky vintage clothing stores and cosplay shops along Takeshita Street, and more traditional, upmarket boutiques lining leafy Omotesando Avenue. Small bars and trendy cafes fill the surrounding lanes and it is the center of Japan's most extreme teenage cultures and fashion style
Harajuku is a district inside Shibuya and is where you can go see the well known Harajuku girls dressed up in crazy costumes. Go to Takeshita Street, which is one long street of shops selling different Japanese fashion items. The street is usually completely crowded person to person, or at least when I went there. The place is so unique and if you are lucky you might walk past one of the Japanese girls dressed up in their Harajuku costumes. When I walked through it my dad suddenly shouted “ Look” and along came walking two people completely dressed up in what looked like Japanese monsters. I had a split second to get my settings right and snap the photos, so it’s a must to have your camera ready at all times. It took us around 30 minutes to walk through the whole street which included looking at all the shops and taking in the atmosphere. HaraJuku is definitely a must do thing if visiting Japan.
