I used to be a college lacrosse player at Providence College (Go Friars). Graduation meant no more sports and left a lot of voids in my life with both more time and a lack of competition. After some adjustment, I’ve learned to embrace the competitive nature of travel and all the adventure that it has to offer while simultaneously leading a fitness oriented lifestyle.
