The London Eye

Lots of tourists dream of going on the London Eye when they visit the UK capital. I visited London several times and never went on the Eye until my boyfriend talked me into it when he visited me while I lived in London! The London Eye is an iconic part of the London skyline, with its large white wheel and window-lined capsules dangling just across the river from Big Ben and Parliament! We opted for the Champagne VIP Experience when we visited the London Eye, and it certainly added a bit of luxury to our experience! When you choose this the Champagne experience, you have the option to visit the VIP lounge, a bar located just above the ticket office, before you board the Eye! Your capsule’s personal guide and champagne server ushers you from the lounge to the front of the line before you board the London Eye, which means you get to skip the (often very long) line! Once on board, your guide will serve everyone a glass of champagne and point out the notable sights before you descend back to the loading platform!

Whether or not you decide to do the Champagne experience, the London Eye is still a great attraction to visit while in the city. It offers wonderful views of Big Ben, and you can spot other landmarks like Buckingham Palace and more!)
