Quarry Bay -Hong Kong

As a full time traveler, I always need to check the political and general situation of the place I'm heading to.

After reading the horrific news from Hong Kong, I got that strange feeling while on my low-cost flight from Hanoi. I thought "is it really as dangerous as they say?" "Will I get hurt by policemen or protesters?"

Actually not. Of course, there will be protests in the streets and people getting hurt, but there's so much more to it.

I have loved every single moment spent in Hong Kong and would return in a heartbeat! The locals welcomed me extremely well, helped me on the streets when I was lost, and gave me all three info I needed when I joined a protest.

Don't listen to the media's judgement, at least not completely.
