Nom Bo Kho (Green Papaya Salad with Dried Beef) We’ll start with Nom Bo Kho, a famous Hanoi dish that showcases the simplicity and deliciousness of Vietnamese cuisine. It’s made with green papaya, carrots, dried beef, roasted peanuts, fresh herbs, and a flavorful sauce.
Nem Ran (Hanoi Fried Spring Roll) Next, you’ll try Nem Ran, a must-have in Hanoi. This crispy spring roll is filled with minced pork, mushrooms, carrots, eggs, and shallots, wrapped in thin rice paper, and fried to perfection.
