Nom Bo Kho (Green Papaya Salad with Dried Beef) We’ll start with Nom Bo Kho, a famous Hanoi dish that showcases the simplicity and deliciousness of Vietnamese cuisine. It’s made with green papaya, carrots, dried beef, roasted peanuts, fresh herbs, and a flavorful sauce.
