The “Caffè della Seggiovia” is an amazing niche located in Sauze d’Oulx (TO). It is a bar, so you can go there anytime during the day to get the usual bar fare like sandwiches, croissants, beers, drinks, or some lunch specials like salads, hamburgers, soups and more. But what makes this bar unique are the cocktails; the bar managers Sara & Sara make them just deliciously! My favourite one is the Moscow Mule; here you will find it made to perfection and served in the characteristic copper cup. What I like the most about this place is the care Sara & Sara put in everything they do, everything ranging from bar’s interior design, to the music selection, to food they prepare is really fantastic.
The best times to appreciate what Caffè della Seggiovia has to offer is to go around 6 PM or after 10 PM. If you go there in the evening you will get a free plate of salami, cheese, and vegetables at your table when you order something to drink.
If you don’t have a table you can just stand and eat some tapas right at the main bar counter. I definitely suggest trying the italian Spritz, it’s one of the bar’s top picks. If you go there during the night you will get the exact same care in the cocktails, with the added bonus of a great DJ set.
