Several Days In Dresden, Germany
At the beginning of March, I spent several days in Dresden, Germany. This city is only a few hours away from Berlin by bus, making it the perfect destination to add to your trip to Berlin! It would work great as a day trip or a short excursion.
In my case, I decided to spend three days exploring this beautiful city in Eastern Germany. My friend and I stayed at the Vienna House, a quaint boutique hotel located right in the city center. The most amazing views of the main square were right outside our window! We enjoyed a nice dinner at a traditional German restaurant called the Sophienkeller. The food was absolutely delicious!
My favorite part of our trip was exploring the old Zwinger Palace. You can get some of the most amazing shots from up top. Inside there are several galleries to explore with all sorts of statues, ceramics and art work. You also have to go out to the new part of town to check out Pfund’s Milkery. This place has some of the most amazing interior decoration. In this neighborhood, you will find all sorts of trendy restaurants and bars.
Overall, Dresden is worth the visit. It’s that perfect mix of history and trendy Germany
